The 2027 Nissan Armada has one engine: a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, producing up to 425 hp and 516 lb.-ft. of torque.

The NISMO has a specially tuned version, producing up to 460 hp and 516 lb.-ft. of torque. The twin-turbochargers feature turbine wheels made of nickel-based superalloy to help with performance in extreme heat. The engine uses GT-R-inspired technology to help maintain high power.

All trim levels have standard 4x4, except the base-level SL with standard 4x2 and available 4x4. Upper trim levels unlock a standard Adaptive Electronic Air Suspension, increasing the SUV's ground clearance for different driving conditions or lowering it at high speeds for better responsive handling. This feature also helps with accessing the vehicle more easily and loading items while parked.

Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control are also standard off-road tech for 4x4 models, helping prevent you from rolling backwards and automatically maintaining speed and brake pressure when going down steep hills.
