2026 Nissan ARIYA: A Preview of the Newest Compact Crossover Electric SUV

The 2026 Nissan ARIYA will no longer be released in the U.S. this year due to current tariff-related costs, and to consolidate resources on the 2026 Nissan LEAF production. However, we may see it return in the 2027 U.S. market as Nissan announced it's "pausing production."

In the meantime, it's expected to introduce several changes that electric compact SUV drivers will value for the Japanese market. From an exterior facelift to a new infotainment system, it already has noteworthy enhancements even as a mid-cycle refresh.

While information is currently limited, here's everything we know about the new Nissan ARIYA so far and expect to come soon.
